Do you charge a call-out fee?
Not for quoted jobs in our service areas. For fault-finding we agree an hourly rate with you up front, before we start.
How fast can you come out?
Small jobs are usually booked within a few days. If you have no power or something is sparking, turn it off at the switchboard if it's safe to do so, and call your energy distributor's faults line first.
Do I need a switchboard upgrade?
Not always. If you still have ceramic fuses, no safety switches, or power trips often, we'll inspect it and tell you honestly whether an upgrade is worth it.
Can you install an EV charger at my place?
Usually yes. We check your switchboard and supply capacity first, then quote the charger, cabling and a dedicated circuit as one fixed price.
Do you work in apartments and strata?
Yes. We're happy to work with strata managers and building access rules, and we'll book loading dock or lift time if needed.
